Wedding Hair Guide: Highlights for the Big Day?

Did you think about trying highlights for your wedding day?

When we think of highlighting or low-lighting hair for the wedding day, it turns out to be a great idea. Especially when you have a Fall or Winter wedding, the hair color change would brighten up your photos, your spirit and even add some flare to your daily routine.

The only thing holding you back from doing this is if you have damaged hair or are afraid to try it, and if so, please try using ONYC hair to achieve the looks you want in the length you need. Color should be done by a professional only. 🙂

Angelina – Maybe you don’t want a full head of bleaching, so try a good amount of blended highlights to add a “sun-kissed” look to your hair.

Keri Hilson – Try various warm tones to achieve this look.

Jessica Alba – Go brunette and add soft brown highlights to have a nice glow.

Serena Williams – Chop it to a bob and highlight the whole hairstyle or just the bangs, while leaving the rest a nice brown (blending is necessary).

Alexandra Burke – Her take on the bomb matches her skin tone more than her personality, like Serena pictured above. She has only her crown area highlighted for versatile color.

Halle Berry – Try some golden bold highlights throughout the whole head and work it as needed.

Leona Lewis – Try streaking blonde highlights through long tresses.

Gabrielle Union – Be like Gabrielle and only highlight your ends.
