Which ONYC® Kinky Should You Buy?

The pictures above are a type of curl pattern of the hair. However, the look can be manipulated to achieve a certain style due to the softness and the light weight quality of the hair, which is part of the amazing features ONYC® Kinky curly hair has.

We have two types of kinky, Kinky 3B-3C and Tight Kinky 3C-4A. If you’re unfamiliar with what the numbers mean, natural hair is categorized by numbers from 1A, which is bone straight and very high lustered hair, to 4C, which is very coarse with no curl definition and super low luster. All ONYC® hair is usually categorized under natural curl pattern so it is important to familiarize yourself with them.

Kinky 3B-3C:

This is a looser version of our Kinky curl. It has a medium-low luster and medium coarse texture. You can tease this to create more texture and volume but it’s easier to manage than our Tight Kinky 3C-4A. We strongly recommend this type for someone that has never worn kinky curly hair before.

Tight Kinky3C 3C-4A:

This has a tighter curl with a low luster and coarse texture. A lower luster with coarse texture equates to a higher tendency to look frizzier. Looking frizzy is the very best characteristics of this hair. It will not be Tight Kinky without the frizzy! This is for avid kinky wearers, for those who love full and fabulous. Do not buy this hair and expect to tame it.

so i see that the mongolian kinky curly 3c- 4a only goes up to 18 inches. If I want longer lengths, would you think it’s safe to blend with the 3a-3b texture or would it be completely off? My hair is like a 4a texture.
